I really liked what the cars looked like near the end of the turbo era.
Perhaps those in the early days of the post turbo era were even more beautiful, so around 1988-1990.
The seven up Jordans of Gachot and De Cesaris may have been the most beautiful though I can remember, apart from the coloring, the clean lines.
No grooved-tired formula ever looked good to me.
I’m really put odd by the cars before the seventies, only on fat tires, slicks and front wings as we have come to know it do they look good to me.
how about put off?
Headsiwin, I’m put odd by that Lotus…
No like very much.
Rosbif, that Ferrari 312T3 was awesome, and I liked most Ligiers.

Put ODD was a far better expression….
Lotus 49 era for me – the Ferrari 312, Brabhams….even the Matra MS80 in putrid blue. However, the 49 was the most beautiful.
And the Cosworth HAD TO BE EXPOSED!!!
Edit: ha ha ha ha
Double Look Edit: Yep Rosbif, the Ferrari 312 sits nice and purposefully….and the 79 the most immediately memorable and striking of the era to me….very nice!
The original 156 “Shark” had a lovely front, but the back put me ODD…
